Carnival of Recipes - Entry for the week
I have been on dry spell with recipes for the Carnival, but I have one this week that I can't wait to try.
I got this recipe from a Weight Watcher's meeting. The base recipe is the same, but you can change the flavors to whatever sounds good.
Variety Pie
1 Reduced fat graham cracker crust
2 sugar free yogurts (6 oz) (Keylime Pie or Orange Creme)
1 large box of sugar free jello (Lime with Keylime yogurt or Orange with Orange Creme yogurt)
1 small container of fat free Cool-whip. Use a large container if you want really fluffy pie.
Mix jello and yogurt. Mix in cool whip. Put in pie shell and refriderate for at least an hour.
You can also make mini pies by crumbling graham crackers into small bowls and adding the mixture. Also this is good frozen.
I think I may try a cheesecake/vanilla flavor yogurt with strawberry jello.
1/6th of a pie equals 2 pts.
