This is a favorite of my husband.  My (anti)MIL made these our first Christmas together.

Hot Olive-Cheese Puffs

1 cup grated sharp cheese
3 tbsp. soft butter or margarine
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
23 stuffed olives (green)

Heat oven to 400.  Blend cheese with butter.  Add flour and salt and mix well.  Wrap 1 tsp cheese dough around olive.  Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 10 - 15 minutes, until brown.  Serve warm.

Freezes well before baking for "make ahead" if desired.
